 Using Tags to Search

What it is

Tags are simple text labels that describe a page; for example, "messaging" or "e-mail."  Tags are used to categorize different pages. Imagine adding the tag "discussion" to all of your pages with information on discussion. Anytime you wanted to find all of those pages, you could do that with one click (just click the "discussion" tag).

How to Search using Tags

Use the Tag List

1. Click the Home button in the upper left corner.

2. Click on Tag List in the right sidebar.

3. A Tag List appears. Smaller size tags are those that have fewer pages with that word. Larger size tags are those that have lots of pages tagged with that word.

4. Click on the desired tag.

5. A list of all pages tagged with that word will appear.

6. Click the desired page to view.

Use the Tag Search Box

1. Click the Home button in the upper left corner.

2. Click on Tag Search box in the right sidebar.

3. Type the desired tag in the box and hit Enter.

4. A list of all pages tagged with that word will appear.

5. Click the desired page to view.

Use Page Tags to Find Other Pages Tagged with the Same Word

1. From the page with the tag, look in the lower left hand under Page Information.

2. If the page has tags, they will be listed next to the word "Tags."

3. Click on the desired Tag.

4. A list of all pages tagged with that word will appear.

5. Click on the desired page to view.
