Discussion Board - Discussion Forum Setting Descriptions
Select the radio-button to make the forum available or unavailable to students.
• If you select Yes students will be able to access the Discussion forum
• If you select No, you as the instructor will be able to view the forum and review posts. In the student view this forum will not be visible.
Unavailable discussion forums now appear to the instructor with the following message: This forum is currently unavailable.

- Subscribe to Threads and Forums - participants may now subscribe to either message threads or discussion forums. Instructors can also choose whether subscribers to a discussion forum should see a notification email or a message with the discussion post text contained in the email. Participants must still opt in to receive the messages.
