Copy Discussion Board Forums

You can now copy a Discussion Board Forum to your individual groups. After creating the groups through your Group Manager in the Control panel follow the steps below.

 

2. Select the Forum to be copied.

 

 

3. Select the Forum and click on the Copy button.

 

 

 

4. Give your Forum a Name, select the Copy option and select the Location. For the Copy options the Entire Forum will take all information regarding text and settings, the Forum Settings Only does not copy over any text. After you have made your selections click on the Submit button.

 

 

 

5. From the Control Panel go to the Discussion Board and see that Group A has had a forum added. Select the Group A link to open the Forums.

 

 

6. The new forum has been copied successfully and you can copy the same forum to other groups.
